with the end view of attaining methodical, efficient

to achieve equity in the distribution of tax burden.

Service is available at the Provincial Assessor’s Office at the Provincial Capitol in Iba, Zambales for all real property owners seeking for the issuance of Tax Delcaration for simple transfer of real properties.  This means that the previous Tax Declaration has already improvement or it was just recently inspected..

REQUIREMENTS          

For UNTITLED PROPERTY

1. Duplicate copy of the Deed of Conveyance duly registered

with the Register of Deeds

2. Copy of realty tax clearance or official receipt from the

Local Treasurer

3. Copy of transfer tax receipt
4. Certificate of payment of appropriate BIR taxes
5. A sketch plan of the property preferably prepared by a

Geodetic Engineer

6. A sworn statement of the market value of the property

filed by the transferee

7. PARO clearance for Agricultural land
