The attached Purchase Order having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to KAE CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY to proceed on the Supply and Delivery of Sand Bags, this Province, within Twenty-One (21) Calendar Days upon receipt of this notice.

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below. Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
