The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to LEO-J CONSTRUCTION SERVICES that the Construction of Two (2) Storey Multi-Purpose Building as Document Storage Facility for the Commission on Audit (COA) and the Provincial Government of Zambales (PGZ), PSAO Compound, Palanginan, Iba may proceed immediately.

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below. Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
