The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to JAMJLE PROPERTIES (SUBIC) AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. that the Concreting of Barangay Roads at Sitio Liamado and Sitio Bughaw, Purok 3, Naugsol, at Sitio Mapanao, Asinan Proper and Pamatawan, Subic may proceed immediately.

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E , you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below. Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
