We are happy to notify you that your bid dated December 6, 2022 for the Textbooks and Instructional Materials – Supplemental Learning Materials/Equipment/Supplies (Purchase of Books), DepEd Schools Division of Zambales, for the Contract Price of TWENTY-TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (Php 22,990,620.00) as attached, and as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted.
You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the Performance Security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders. Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of bid security.
