This is to notify you that your Bid dated November 10, 2022 for the Supply and Delivery of Welfare Goods for distribution as assistance to constituents of the Province of Zambales, for the Contract Price of Twenty Nine Million Five Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven and 50/100 Pesos (29,575,437.50) as attached and as corrected and modified with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted.
You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the performance security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the bid security.
