We are happy to notify you that your bid dated December 27, 2022 for the Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines for PH© use in Support of DOH Programs under MANDANAS Law, this Province for the Contract Price of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS (Php 3,886,716.00) as attached, and as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted.
You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the Performance Security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders. Failure to provide the performance security shail constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of bid security.
