We are happy to notify you that your bid dated September 8, 2022 for the Purchase of High- Definition Aerial Drone and One (1) Unit 8-seater Brand-New Speed Boat for Quarry and Dredging Operations Monitoring, this Province, for the Contract Price of SEVEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 7,998,000.00) as attached, and as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted.
You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the Performance Security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders. Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of bid security.
