We are happy to notify you that your bid dated January 5, 2023 for the Procurement for the contracting of Security Services for: Lot 1 – San Marcelino District Hospital (SMDH), this Province for the Contract Price of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE PESOS AND 86/100 (Php2,868,885.86) as attached, and as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted.

You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the Performance Security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders. Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of bid security.
