GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
– Provide a high level of accessibility to areas where economic opportunities and social services (health, education, etc.) are to be conviniently located;
– Ensure the sustainability of land use and the protection of all environmental concerns by providing a policy environment conducive to such;
– Establish a dynamic institutional facilities and services to ensure a comprehensive and wholistic approach to development activities.
