Service Pledge

We, the Employees of the

Environment and Natural Resources Office of Zambales (ENROZ)

do hereby pledge to commit ourselves to perform efficient and equitable public service to all clientele with utmost integrity, competence and dedication to work

as stated in the Citizen’s Charter.

Specifically, we will:

Serve with impartiality and professionalism.

Attend to client’s concern courteously and without delay.

Work according to the eight-hour standard working time

or beyond when the need arises.

Provide feedback system to assess quality service rendered

and make necessary improvements

Provide comfortable waiting areas and frontline personnel to

attend immediately to client’s queries and complaints

Adhere to the principle of transparency and accountability

Issuance of Provincial Environmental Compliance Certificate (PECC)

ABOUT THE SERVICE

This service is available at the Environment and Natural Resources Office of Zambales for all Owners of Business Establishments in securing Provincial Environmental Compliance Certificate (PECC) prior to operation of their respective businesses certifying thereof that proposed project/undertaking will not cause a significant negative environmental impact and that proponent is committed to implement its approved environmental mitigating measures. Issuance of PECC is one (1) time only .

Monday – Friday

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. without noon break WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE
