We are happy to notify you that your bid dated July 15, 2025 for the Goods 74-2025/Supply and Delivery of Food and Non-Food Items for Distribution as Assistance to Constituents of Zambales, for the Contract Price of TWENTY-NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE RESOS (Php 29,739,645.00) as attached, and as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted.
You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the Performance Security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders. Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of bid security.
