The attached Purchase Order having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to ABS ENTERPRISE to proceed on the the Supply and Delivery of Batteries and Tires for use of Various Provincial Heavy Equipment and Vehicles, Provincial Engineering Office, this Province, within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon receipt of this notice.

 

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

 

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
