The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to  FAER CIVIL ENGINEEERING SERVICES that the Construction of Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), Brgy. Del Pilar; Construction of Drainage Canals, Purok 6, Brgy. San Agustin, Brgy. Sta. Maria, Purok 7, Brgy. San Jose and Brgy. San Juan; all in Castillejos may proceed immediately.

 

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E , you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

 

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
