The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to THREE CM BUILDERS that the Construction of Streetlights Phase 2 (Sta. Rita, Mabanglit, Arew, Apo-Apo, Cadmang Reserva and Felmida Diaz) may proceed immediately.

 

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E , you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

 

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
