This is to notify you that your Bid dated February 8, 2022 for execution of the Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall, Brgy. Cauyan; Construction of Docking Port for Boats, Brgy. Magalawa; Slope Protection Works at Brgy. San Juan; Construction of Drainage Canal, Brgy. West Poblacion; all in Palauig, for the Contract Price of equivalent to Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Nine and 52/100 Pesos (P 9,915,839.52) is hereby accepted.

 

You are hereby required to provide within ten (10) days the performance security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders.  Failure to provide the performance security shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the bid security.

 

Likewise, you are required within the stipulated period to submit to us this Notice with your signed “conforme” thereon, with the following supplemental documents, to wit:

 

1. Construction Schedule and S-Curve
2. PERT/CPM Diagram
3. Manpower Schedule
4. Equipment Utilization Schedule
5. Construction Schedule
6. DOLE’s approved Construction Safety and Health Program
