The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to KAEE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES that the Construction of Multi-Purpose Buildings at Sitio Fabrica, Brgy. Sto. Niño and Brgy. Longos; Construction of Multi-Purpose Child Development Centers, Brgy. Camiing and Brgy. Lomboy; Concreting of Brgy. Road at Purok 4, Brgy. Tondo may proceed immediately.

 

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E , you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

 

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
