The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to AKPSN BUILDERS AND SUPPLY that the Construction of Drainage Canals, Brgy. Naculcol and Brgy. Palis; Concreting of Brgy. Road including the construction of Drainage Canal, Parel; Concreting of Brgy. Road at Purok 6, Brgy. Paudpod, at Purok 6 (Rosaban), Brgy. Poon-Bato, Santiago, and Tampo; all in Botolan may proceed immediately.

 

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E , you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

 

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
