The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to RAIK CONSTRUCTION & SUPPLY that the Construction of Breakwater at Purok 1, Brgy. Matain; Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Brgy. Cawag; Construction of Streetlights at Purok 1, 2 and 3, Brgy. San Isidro; all in Subic may proceed immediately.

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E , you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
