The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to  KAEE  CONSTRUCTION SERVICES that the Slope Protection Works, Brgy. Sto. Rosario; Concreting of Farm to Market Road at Purok 6, Sto. Rosario; Concreting of (Brgy.) Road at Sitio Ubat, Brgy. Baloganon and Bamban; all in Masinloc  may proceed immediately.

 

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E , you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing Schedule.

 

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
