The attached Purchase Order having been approved, NOTICE is hereby given to AGRA GAS INDUSTRIAL COMPANY, INC. to proceed on the Supply and Delivery of Fuel, Oil and Lubricants for Various Offices of the Provincial Government of Zambales C.Y. 2022 (Index-Based Pricing) – Lot 1 & 2, immediately upon receipt of the procuring entity.

 

Upon Receipt of this N O T I C E, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

 

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this N O T I C E by signing both copies in the space provided for below.  Keep one copy and return the other to the Bids and Awards Committee, this province.
